field that is over 70 years old. This 40 acre lease has never been drilled and is 30 feet higher in elevation than the oil field to the south. I look for the first drilled well to come in at 100+, with a life span of 50+ years. I’m a Texas/Oklahoma field trained geologist since 1975. (Oil always travels to the highest point, that’s a fact).
